The Gnu Fellowship program is an unpaid, volunteer position designed to provide educational and work opportunities to students and young professionals.  Especially those interested in field work supporting established ”in country” local NGO’s and Community Based Organizations who have a reputation for high integrity and a history of effective service to the extreme poor, orphans and their guardians, young orphan entrepreneurs, widows and elderly women, children with AIDS, the handicapped, the under served and overlooked.

Gnu Fellowships have been awarded to high school and college students of exceptional merit and leadership abilities.  Fellowship opportunities have included working trips to Kenya to experience the Gnu programs first hand.
